FOR OUR CATERING PACKAGE, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH AT LEAST 24 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE. WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR CASH.
When you arrive at Burke Lake on the day of your event/party, please send one representative from your group into visit the Ice Cream Parlor and speak with the manager on duty. Although we will be on notice that you are coming, this will confirm to us that you have arrived. You can make any necessary changes to your group size at this time. We request that your representative speak with our onsite manager at least 45 minutes prior to the time you will need to be served. During this quick visit with our onsite manager, you will provide us with an exact number of guests in your party, along with beverage choices and type of pizza (cheese or pepperoni). Payment is made on the day of your event at the Ice Cream Parlor. If your event cancels for any reason, there is no penalty to you.
Our Standard Catering Package for Shelter Rentals - $11 Per Person (minimum of eight people)
Our catering package would be a separate charge from your Burke Lake Park Shelter Rental.
For our catering package, we charge by the number of guests in your group/party that you want to be included, so long as there are at least EIGHT people.
Each paid guest will receive:
- ONE beverage (choice of chilled: bottled water, juice box, Coke, Diet Coke, or Sprite). This will be delivered to your shelter.
- ONE slice of Freshly Baked Pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni). This will be delivered to your shelter.
- ONE single-scoop cone or cup of our ice cream. Each member of your party will receive a ticket for their ice cream, which will be redeemed inside the parlor on the day of your event.
All napkins / condiments / utensils and clean up are included.
As an added bonus, the birthday girl or boy will have their name displayed on our elevated model train that encircles the ice cream parlor during the time of your shelter rental.
